7.

LITIGATION IN FEDERAL, ARBITRATION COURTS AND TRIBUNALS IN A MAGISTRATE'S COURT

The cost of services is determined with regard to the complexity and nature of the dispute (property or non-property dispute), as well as the category of the specialist of whom services are requested. Hourly wages (incomplete hours are paid at the rate of an hour) are paid for the preparation of materials and documents submitted to the court, for participation in the trial, etc.
The cost of services rendered by natural persons can be reduced with respect to the following rates based on the circumstances of the case and are agreed upon individually.
A success fee is charged (in case of positive resolution of the dispute before the court in favor of the client):
- in property claims: from 5-10% of the amount requested or won in the client's favor, but no less than 70,000 rubles;
- in non-property claims: the success fee is determined by agreement on both sides, but cannot be less than 100,000 rubles.
